Excellent service, from initial enquiry to installation. David was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all questions raised, which put me at ease and my reason for using Panel X. There was a minor issue if the installation date, due to a delay in the panels. However, Vicki, kept me up to date with the issue and revised dates. The two lads, installing the panels arrived on time, worked non stop, cleaning everything down before and after, cannot praise them enough. Already received complimentary comments from neighbours. Prompt and courteous initial chat with David who quoted a fair and reasonable price for the job. Paperwork and payment process simple. Survey by Robert on time and thorough. Communication continuously clear. Michael and Adrian arrived on time as scheduled - efficient, polite, respectful, enthusiastic and professional. Cleaned up, removed waste and tested for water ingress, all tidily done. Conservatory noticeably warmer after just an hour (and it's bitter outside). No significant loss of light. Great improvement already. All good. Thoroughly recommend.

My new Panel X roof has been absolutely brilliant in the recent hot weather, even when I’m out for the day and the conservatory is all locked up. It would normally have been about 50 degrees in there, melting everything in sight, especially with my terrible DIY attempts of shade (a sail plus some reflective padded foil)! Both the surveyor and the two guys that fitted the roof were really professional plus I made sure they had enough tea/biscuits. :) Thanks again, really pleased with the Panel X roof - it has transformed my conservatory into being a usable space, even in the heat.
